QSRE to QSAM

QS Rare Elements LLC's company information is now updated. The new company name is QS Advanced Materials Inc and bank account also changed to the new one. This process is now finished, although it was heavily delayed due to the government shut down at the beginning of 2019. Manufacturing are still on track all the time and finincial system is back online as well. 

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Your trust is the most valuable asset for us and we will keep improve to provide better product and service.
