About Fluorine doped SnO
Europium-doped zinc oxide (Eu-doped ZnO) is a luminescent material with intriguing optical properties. The incorporation of europium ions into the ZnO matrix introduces characteristic sharp emission lines in the red and orange regions of the visible spectrum, resulting from the intra-4f electronic transitions of the Eu3+ ions. This unique luminescence behavior makes Eu-doped ZnO an attractive material for use in light-emitting diodes, display technologies, and solid-state lighting applications. Furthermore, the materials wide bandgap, high optical transparency, and good thermal stability make it suitable for use in optoelectronic devices, such as ultraviolet photodetectors and electroluminescent devices.
